摘要
目的探讨分析老年下肢骨折手术患者实施促进康复计划对其预后及生活质量的影响。方法采用前瞻性病例对照分析方法,选取2015年10月至2017年3月收住我院并手术治疗的老年下肢骨折患者120例,其中术后给予促进康复计划者60例为试验组,接受常规护理者60例为对照组。分别在入院和出院时采用Barthel指数评估患者生活质量。术后3个月,采用Fugl-Meyer评定表评定四肢功能。结果两组患者入院时Barthel指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院时试验组Barthel指数为(73.3±5.7)分,而对照组为(62.5±7.2)分,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组Fugl-Meyer评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年下肢骨折手术患者实施促进康复计划,有助于恢复肢体功能,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of the rehabilitation program on the prognosis and quality of life of the elderly patients with lower limb fracture. Methods 120 patients with fracture of the lower extremities were treated in our hospital and operated were selected from October 2015 to March 2017. 60 cases of rehabilitative planners were given after the operation as the experimental group,and 60 patients received conventional nursing as the control group. The quality of life of the patients was evaluated by Barthel index at admission and discharge,the function of the extremities was assessed by the Fugl-Meyer assessment table at the 3 th months after the operation. Results There was no statistical difference between the scores of the Barthel index in the 2 groups（ P〉0. 05）. The Barthel index in the experimental group was（ 73. 3 ±5. 7） points,the control group was（ 62. 5 ± 7. 2） points,there were statistical differences between groups（ P〈0. 05）. The Fugl-Meyer score in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The promotion of rehabilitation program for the elderly patients with lower limb fracture is helpful to restore the function of limbs and improve the quality of life.
