摘要
利用FLUENT求解浮环轴承的润滑油膜的有限元仿真模型,分析供油压力对浮环轴承润滑特性的影响,进而分析了浮环轴承对涡轮增压器转子稳定性的影响。结果表明,浮环轴承内外油膜均有明显的发散区和收敛区,提高润滑压力能够有效改善内外油膜的润滑性能,转子的固有频率取决于系统的参数和转子的转速。
The finite element model of lubricating oil film of floating ring bearing is built with FLUENT to analyze the influence of the oil supply pressure on the lubrication characteristics of the floating ring bearing,and accordingly the effect of the floating ring bearing on the stability of the turbocharger rotor.The results indicate that there are obvious diverging and convergent zones at both the inner and outer oil films of the floating ring bearing.lubrication pressure can effectively improve the lubrication performance of internal and external oil film,and the natural frequency of the rotor depends on the parameters of the system and the rotational speed of the rotor.
