摘要
当前大学生就业工作中存在用人单位与毕业生信息不对称、毕业生求职海投简历人岗需求不匹配、校院帮扶机制不精确和大学生就业去向多元化等诸多现象,这些问题要求高校就业工作要从过去重数量提升到重质量,要从广泛开展提升到精准发力,即高校"精准就业"。文章旨在对当前高校尤其是基层学院开展"精准就业"工作不足进行探讨,提出针对性的措施。
At present, there are many phenomena in the employmentof university graduates, such as the information asymmetrybetween employers and graduates, graduates' aimless sending ofresumes, the unsuitability between graduates and jobs, inaccuratesupporting and helping mechanism, and graduates' diversifiedemployment orientations. These issues require that the employmentwork in universities should focus on quality rather thanquantity, and it should be transformed from extensive implementationto accurate efforts, that is, "accurate employment". The aimof this paper is to explore the shortcomings of the "accurate employment"work in universities, especially grassroots colleges,and to propose targeted measures.
