摘要
本文将纸片快速法与多管发酵法和滤膜法作比较,对实际水样的粪大肠菌群测定进行了比对试验。结果表明:纸片快速法与多管发酵法和滤膜法的比对试验结果无显著差异,但纸片快速法具有操作简单、检测周期短等优点,能更好满足环境监测需求。
In this paper, the paper strip method was compared with manifold zymotechnics and filter membrane for determination of fecal coliforms of actual water samples. The results showed that there were no significant differences between the paper strip method and the manifold zymotechnics and the filter membrane, but the fast strip method had the advantages of simple operation and short detection period, which could better meet the needs of environmental monitoring.
