摘要
根据已有模板高支撑体系的研究,利用有限元软件SAP2000阶段非线性分析功能进行模板高支撑体系的数值模拟,并用敏感性分析的方法对比不同构件的重要性系数,然后用拆除构件法对整个体系的抗连续性倒塌性能进行分析。结果表明:单侧推进浇筑顺序下体系最不稳定的荷载模式是顶端中部混凝土浇筑,体系的关键构件为重要性系数最大的底部内杆,关键构件及其附近3根构件的同时失效将引起体系发生连续性倒塌。
According to the existing research of the high formwork support system,and numerical simulation of high formwork support system using finite element software SAP2000 nonlinear analysis function. The importance coefficients of different components were compared by sensitivity analysis,then the progressive collapse resistance behavior of the whole system were analyzed by means of the method of component removal. The conclusion was that the most unfavorable loading mode of the system was time during the pouring of unilateral propulsion concrete at the middle of the top concrete,and the key component of the system was the internal rod at the bottom with the largest importance coefficients. And the results showed that the failure of key components and the three components in the vicinity can cause the system to progressive collapse.
