摘要
我国教育已进入"新质量时代",需要高校培养出更多的适应社会需求的复合型人才。当下,企业所需求的工商管理类人才与学校培养的学生在岗位胜任力素质方面还存在一定差距,针对差距培养符合社会需求的人才显得尤为迫切。本文在总结国内工商管理类管理者人才胜任力模型的基础上,深入各类企业开展调研,以企业需求为导向,尝试从三个维度构建工商管理类人才胜任力素质模型培养模式,并从专业人才培养目标、课程体系建设、实践环节探索和教学方法改革角度,提出企业需求视角下应用型高校工商管理类人才培养建议。
At present, there is stilla certain gap between the business management talents required by enterprises and the students cultivated by schools in terms of qualifications for posts. It is particularly urgent for those who meet the social needs to narrow gaps. Based on the summaries of domestic business management talents competency model, this article conducts in depth investigations into various types of enterprises, takes enterprise demand as a guide, and tries to build a competency model for business management talents from three dimensions. From the perspective of talent cultivation aims, course system construction, practice link exploration and teaching method reform, suggestions for cultivating business management talents of applied colleges and universities from the perspective of enterprise demand are put forward.
