摘要
《素问·上古天真论》论述了男女生长发育生殖的生理演变状况,阐释了肾先天之精的重要性,同时也指导了临床辨证施治。然其言女之生长壮老以七为基,男子以八为准,即谓＂女七＂＂男八＂,对此鲜有详论。通过查阅古今相关文献,列述了诸家学说并结合个人感悟,旨在试图对其进行解析,认为女从老阴之六数,因体阳而增一,是以七为基;男从老阳之九数,因体阴而减一,是以八为准,以期进一步完善中医学理论体系。
In the Chapter Shang Gu Tian Zhen Lun of Plain Questions,the growth,development and reproduction of the male and female are discussed to show the importance of the prenatal essence of the kidney,and also to guide the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment. The growth,development and aging of the female are discussed in seven years,while those of the male are discussed in eight years,that is,female seven and male eight. However,the reasons for that are seldom discussed. By searching in the ancient and modern literature,opinions of various schools were explored. Besides,the author also gave his own explanation. Hence,it is regarded that the female is of six,the senile yin,and is added with one for of yang body,and hence the female is of seven,while the male is of nine,the senile yang,and is subtracted with one for of yin body,and hence the male is of eight. This study could further improve the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.
