京津冀科技协同创新影响因素研究 被引量:33

Research on Factors of Science and Technology Synergy Innovation Between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei

摘要 京津冀协同发展的根本动力在于创新驱动,而科技创新是京津冀协同发展的核心驱动力。京津冀科技协同创新是一个复杂系统,影响京津冀科技协同创新的主要因素可概括为驱动因素(创新需求和创新能力)、支撑因素、链接因素和保障因素(外部因素)。通过抽样调查和结构方程方法构建三阶递归模型,分析了各影响因素间的关系。结果表明,驱动因素直接影响创新绩效,支撑因素、链接因素和保障因素通过影响驱动因素间接影响创新绩效。依据结构方程显著性检验和路径分析结果,分别从驱动机制、支撑机制、链接机制、保障机制4个方面提出了京津冀科技协同创新对策建议。 As innovation is the drive force of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ,science and technology synergy innovation is the core of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei .The science and technology syner-gy innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a complex system .The main influence factors can be divided into driving factors (internal factors ,including factors of demand and innovation ability) and supporting ,link and guarantee factors (external factors) .By sample survey and structural equation model (SEM ) ,the results show that :driving factors affect innovation performance directly ,support ,link ,and guarantee factors indirectly affect innovation performance by influencing the driv-ing factors .According to the results of significance test and path analysis of SEM ,the countermeasures and suggestions of science and technology synergy innovation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are putted forward form drive mechanism ,support mechanism ,link mechanism ,and guarantee mechanism .
