摘要
以国产化直接空冷机组风机为研究对象,分析了风机的选型、性能试验和运行特性。同时选取机组的典型工况点,分析了风机电耗-机组发电功率净收益曲线,确定了机组的最佳运行工况点。并提出了风机运行过程中存在的问题及解决措施,有利于空冷机组及风机的经济稳定运行。
Based on the domestic direct air-cooling condenser unit,the lectotype、performance test and operation performance of fans are analyzed.Meanwhile the curves of power consumption of fans and net profit of generation power of the unit are analyzed by selecting typical operating points of the unit,and optimal operating points are determined.And the solutions to the problems of the fans operation are provided,and these are benefit to the running stabilization of the ACC units and fans economically.
