摘要
采用PAM-RTM软件的RTM模块对RTM工艺整体成型复合材料前边条流道设计进行模拟仿真研究,通过模拟对比分析了在不同条件下型腔内树脂的流动、压力分布以及充模时间,最终选出最佳的注胶流道方案,并在实际生产中得到验证。
The simulation research on design of front strake flow passage of the holistic forming composite material of RTM process was conducted by using the RTM module of PAM-RTM software. Based on the comparative analysis about the flow of the resin within the cavity, pressure distribution and molding time under various conditions through the simulation, the best scheme of injecting flow passage was finally selected and has been verified in practical production.
