摘要
中国硬质合金行业面临产能过剩,市场竞争日益激烈,缺乏对企业发展的长远规划,人才流失严重和企业利润下降等问题。基于专利分析相关方法,结合伊斯卡公司的发展现状,检索专利数据并从全球专利信息、专利技术信息和在华专利信息三方面分析了伊斯卡公司的专利信息。结果表明:现阶段伊斯卡公司专利申请量正处于快速增长期,重点目标市场布局合理,活跃度高;其技术集中度较高,改进刀具的主要技术手段是改变结构;在华专利增长快,质量好、效率高,与国内企业产生了专利纠纷。分析结果旨在对国内硬质合金企业的发展起到一定的参考和借鉴意义。
China＇s hard alloy industry is facing a series of problems, including excessive production capacity,increasingly fierce market competition, lack of long-term planning, brain drain, and decline in corporate profits. On the basis of the relevant methods of patent analysis, this paper analyzes the patent information of ISCAR Company from three aspects： global patent information, patented technology information and patent information in China. The results show that the patent application of the company is currently in a period of rapid growth, with rational and highly active key target markets. Structure transformation is the major means to improve the cutting tool. Its Patent growth in China has experienced a fast tendency, with good quality and high efficiency. The analysis results have certain reference significance for the development of domestic cemented carbide enterprises.
