摘要
为探讨棉花种子老化过程中活力的变化规律,以百棉1号为试验材料,用50%甲醇人工加速老化方法处理棉花种子,经不同时间处理后,测定指标包括发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、苗高和鲜重。结果表明,甲醇处理能够使种子劣变,导致种子老化,50%甲醇对于棉花种子的老化的影响在0~2h变化不大,3h之后随着时间延长,其老化程度迅速加大。
To inquire into the vigor change law of the cotton seed aging process,Baimian No.1 was used as experimental material,artificial accelerated aging method processing cotton seeds with 50% methanol,after different time treatment,the determination of indexes including germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,seedling height and fresh weight.Results show that methanol can make seed deterioration,lead to seed aging,the effects of 50% methanol on cotton seed aging changes little in 0-2 h,3 h after with extended time,rapidly increasing the degree of aging.
