摘要
目的探讨补肾断续汤联合髓内钉固定植骨术治疗胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的效果。方法选择我院骨科接受治疗的82例胫骨中下段骨折不愈合患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组行髓内钉固定植骨术治疗,观察组行补肾断续汤结合髓内钉固定植骨术治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的骨折愈合时间、肿胀消退时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的AKS评分、VAS疼痛评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对胫骨中下段骨折不愈合患者行补肾断续汤联合髓内钉固定植骨术治疗,能够有效提高治疗效果,还可显著改善临床症状。
Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Duanxu decoction combined with fixation of bone grafting withintramedullary nail in middle and lower tibial fractures nonunion. Methods Eight-two cases of patients with middle andlower tibial fractures nonunion treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation groupaccording to the random number table method, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated withintramedullary nail fixation and bone grafting, while the observation group was treated with Bushen Duanxu decoctioncombined with fixation of bone grafting with intramedullary nail. The clinical effects of the two groups of patients werecompared. Results The total effective rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group were betterthan those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The time of fracture healing, the regression time of swelling and thehospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The AKSscore and VAS pain score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bushen Duanxu decoction combined with fixation of bone grafting with intramedullary nail in middle and lowertibial fractures nonunion can effectively improve the treatment effect and patients＇ clinical symptoms.
