摘要
以GE和SIEMENS为案例对象,采用扎根理论研究方法,研究了逆向创新过程中母本学习与本地学习的协同演化关系,并总结了不同发展阶段逆向创新的内在机理。研究发现:领先跨国公司逆向创新过程中的母本学习与本地学习的协同经历了三轮循环,即自主性母本学习与利基性本地学习协同、耦合性母本学习与渗透性本地学习协同和联合性母本学习与回溯性本地学习协同。经过以上三轮循环,跨国公司本地团队构建起完整的、融入本土情境的逆向创新技术链和产业链体系,并将该技术链和产业链体系纳入全球技术链和产业链体系中,以实现高端攀升。
Taking GE and SIEMENS as the cases,this paper adopts the grounded analysis method to investigate the co-evolution relationship between parental learning and local learning in the process of reverse innovation faced by leading multinationals,and summarizes the internal mechanism of reverse innovation.Some significant results are as follows:the synergy between parental learning and local learning faced by leading multinationals experiences three cycles,namely the synergy of autonomous parental learning and niche local learning,the synergy of coupling parental learning and permeability local learning,and the synergy of joint parental learning and reverse local learning.Through the above three cycles,complete technology chain system and industrial chain system integrated into the emerging market situations are build by the local team of leading multinationals,and are incorporated into the global technology chain system and the industrial chain system so as to achieve the highend climbing.
