摘要
本文首先介绍了大学生就业能力的定义及其研究现状,对国内外就业研究进行了对比;其次运用SWOT理论,以中南财经政法大学为例,分析了我国财经类院校大学生就业能力的优势、劣势、机会和威胁;最后从大学生自身角度、学校角度、用人单位角度和政府角度提出了提高财经类院校大学生就业能力的策略和途径。建议：大学生要加强自身能力培养,提高自身综合素质;财经类院校要加强学科建设,完善就业指导服务体系;用人单位要建立科学合理的人事制度;国家要鼓励大学生自主创业、到中小企业就业,为大学生就业提供政策扶持,为大学毕业生创造更多的就业机会。
Firstly,this paper introduced the definition and research status of college students＇ employability,compared employment researches at home and abroad.Then using SWOT theory,taking Zhongnan University of Economics and Law as an example,analyzed the advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of employment ability of college students of finance and economics.At last,on the basis of SWOT analysis,this paper put forward the strategies and ways to improve the employability of college students in finance and economics from the perspective of university students,schools,employers and government.It was suggested that the graduates should strengthen their abilities,improve overall quality of their own;financial institutions should strengthen discipline construction,improve the employment guidance system;employing units should establish a scientific and rational personnel system;the government should encourage students to start their own businesses,or work for small and medium-sized enterprises,create more job opportunities for college students.
