摘要
由于通用的风险评价方法只能做到静态评估,无法对设备的动态特性做出评价。本研究参照美国佛蒙特大学基于风险的医疗设备管理系统,结合我院的现状,初步制定了医疗设备维护检测计划,提出了执行中维护策略再评价的办法,定期评估计划有效性并进行改善,实现医疗设备维护的正反馈闭环管理。本文给出了设备的分类选取方案,介绍了基于风险分析的设备检测与预防性维护周期决策方法,并在医疗设备计算机管理系统的基础上探讨了维护策略的效果评估。
As is known to all, traditional risk assessment methods can only carry out static evaluation on medical devices and cannot evaluate the dynamic characteristics of devices. Based on the risk-based medical equipment management system of the university of vermont in the United States and the current situation of our hospital, the medical equipment maintenance and testing plan was preliminarily formulated in this study. In this paper, the method of re-evaluation of maintenance strategy in implementation was proposed, the effectiveness of the plan was evaluated regularly and the improvement was carried out, so as to realize the feedback closed-loop management of medical equipment maintenance. The equipment classifcation and selection scheme were presented, and the equipment detection and preventive maintenance cycle decision method based on risk analysis were introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the effect evaluation of maintenance strategy was discussed on the basis of medical equipment computer management system.
