磁共振弥散加权成像表观扩散系数与直肠癌分化程度的关系 被引量:3

The Relationship Between the Diffusion Coefficient and the Degree of Rectal Differentiation of Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Weighted Imaging

摘要 目的探讨磁共振弥散加权成像表观扩散系数与直肠癌分化程度的相关性。方法选取长海医院2016年2—8月直肠癌51例作为研究对象。所有患者术前均行盆腔MRI检查,明确肿瘤的部位、范围,测量不同b值(50 s/mm^2、800 s/mm^2、1 000 s/mm^2)下瘤体ADC值,比较同一b值不同分化程度的肿瘤ADC差异及相关性。结果 b值为800 s/mm^2、1 000 s/mm^2时,不同分化程度直肠癌ADC值间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且分化程度与ADC值呈正相关(r=0.125,P=0.027)。结论磁共振弥散加权成像ADC值对直肠癌分化程度有一定的预测价值。 Objective To observe the correlation of the apparent diffusion coeffcient (ADC) of MR different weighted imaging(DWI) in differential differentiation of rectal tumor. Methods 51 cases of rectal cancer in changhai hospital from February to August 2016 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent pelvic MRI examination before operation. The location and range of the tumor were clearly defned and measured under different b values (50 s/mm2, 800 s/mm2 and 1 000 s/mm2).The value of the tumor ADC was measured under different b values, comparing the same b value ADC differences and correlation between different differentiation degree of tumor. Results When the b values were 800 s/mm and 1 000 s/mm2, the ADC value of different grades of rectal cancer were significantly different (P〈0.05), and the degree of differentiation was positively correlated with the ADC value (r=0.125, P=0.027). Conclusion Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging ADC value has certain predictive value for the degree of differentiation of colorectal cancer.
