摘要
目的探讨交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床效果观察。方法选取我院(2015年1月至2017年1月)收治的98例胫腓骨骨折患者为研究对象,将本组患者根据治疗方法差异分为两组,观察组49例患者给予交锁髓内钉内固定治疗,对照组49例患者给予加压钢板内固定治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和并发症发生情况以及愈合情况。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率93.88%明显高于对照组79.59%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率4.08%明显低于对照组20.41%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者骨折愈合时间、术后负重时间、骨痂出现时间明显快于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者住院时间比较无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折效果满意,可促进临床治疗效果,可促进骨折愈合,让患者早日康复,且安全系数高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of tibia and fibula fracture. Methods In our hospital（January 2015 to January 2017） 98 cases of the tibial fracture patients in our hospital as the research object, the patients were treated according to different methods are divided into two groups, 49 patients in observation group were treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation for the treatment, control group of 49 patients treated with compression plate fixation, contrast two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and complications and healing. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the patients in the observation group was 93.88% higher than that of the control group（79.59%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.08% significantly lower than that of the control group（20.41%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Fracture healing time, postoperative weight-bearing time and callus emergence time in observation group were significantly faster than those in control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nailing for tibiofibula fracture is satisfactory, it can promote the clinical effect, promote fracture healing and make patients recover at an early date, with high safety coefficient, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
