摘要
目的肥胖是一种代谢疾病,能够诱发包括不孕症在内的多种疾病。垂直束带式胃减容术在体质量减轻和改善生活质量方面效果显著,本研究旨在该手术是否能够扭转肥胖诱导的雄性SD大鼠的生育功能受损。方法在普通饮食(CD)或高脂饮食(HFD)喂养SD大鼠16周后,对HFD的大鼠进行垂直束带式胃减容或假手术,然后再喂食HFD 8周。比较三个研究组中的性激素,精子质量变化。结果垂直束带式胃减容术显著降低了HFD诱导的肥胖,它还逆转了HFD诱导的畸精症增加和精子活力降低;术后性激素表达明显增加。结论垂直束带式胃减容术改善了男性雄鼠的生育功能。
Objective Obesity is a metabolic disease and induces a variety of diseases including infertility. Sleeve gastrectomy shows encouraging results in terms of weight loss and quality of life improvement. This study aims to determine whether sleeve gastrectomy could reverse obesity-induced fertility impairment in male SD rats.Methods After 16 weeks of a chow diet（ CD） or a high-fat diet（ HFD） challenge,the HFD rats were given sleeve gastrectomy or sham operation and then fed with HFD for another 8 weeks. Serum sex hormone and sperm quality in the three groups were compared.Results Sleeve gastrectomy not only decreased HFD-induced obesity,but also reversed HFD-induced increase in teratozoospermia and decreases in sperm motility and progressive motility. The expression of sex hormones increased after sleeve gastrectomy. Conclusion Sleeve gastrectomy could reverse obesity-induced fertility impairment in rats.
