摘要
目的观察中医特色护理治疗周围性面瘫患者的护理效果。方法选取自2015年6月至2016年6月大连市中医医院神经内科就诊急性期周围性面瘫患者60例,采用电脑随机分组的方法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用普通护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理干预,观察两组患者的治疗有效率。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理可以提高周围性面瘫患者的治疗有效率。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on peripheral facial paralysis patients. Methods 60 cases from June 2015 to June 2016 in Dalian City Chinese medicine hospital neurology clinic of acute peripheral facial paralysis patients, using the method of computer randomization were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases in the control group, the normal nursing methods, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention. To observe the therapeutic effective rate of two groups of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve the treatment efficiency of peripheral facial paralysis patients.
