摘要
根据不同磨圆度(机制砂和河砂)和不同粒径(粗砂、中砂、细砂、粉砂)介质中土压力盒测试误差的室内试验,绘制不同粒径机制砂与河砂的相应应力-应变关系、误差-应变关系曲线,发现:在相同应力条件下,同一类型传感器的输出应变值随着粒径的增大而减小,并且随着荷载的不断增加,4种不同粒径的检测输出应变值之间的差距越来越明显;弹性模量E、内摩擦角φ以及土压力盒的厚度h是土压力盒误差产生的3个主要影响因素。根据计算所得的误差修正系数及φ、E和h三者之间的函数关系方程式,对误差进行修正,将机制砂回归误差控制在-15%~15%左右,河砂回归误差控制在-25%~8%左右,明显缩小了土压力盒误差,可为土压力盒在实际中的应用提供误差修正的可靠依据。
According to the indoor test error of the earth pressure box at different grinding degrees(machine-made sand and river sand)with different sizes(coarse,medium,fine and silt),the corresponding stress-strain relation and error-strain relation curves of different machine-made sand and river sand were drawn.It is found that under the same stress,output strain value of sensors of the same type decreases with the increase of the particle size,and the gap between output strain values of the four particle sizes get more significant with the increase of the load.The elastic modulus E,the internal friction angleφand the thickness hof the earth pressure box are the main factors for the earth pressure box error.The error is corrected according to the calculated coefficient and the equation of function relation betweenφ, E and h, the regression error of machine-made sand is controlled around-15%to 15%,and that of the river sand around-25% to 8%,so that error of the earth pressure box is significantly reduced,and the error correction can provide reliable reference for the error correction of the earth pressure box in practice.
