摘要
目的:观察中医护理干预观察肺癌癌因性疲乏患者的护理临床效果。方法:将肺癌患者60例,分成对照组与实验组各30例,中医护理干预结合张智敏主任医师多年治疗癌因性疲乏取得较好疗效的药膳方,观察护理治疗效果。结果:对照组有效率53.33%,实验组有效率86.67%,P=0.01<0.05。结论:中医护理干预肺癌癌因性疲乏,取得较好的临床疗效。
Objective： Study on clinical observation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention for patients with lung cancer-related fatigue effect. Methods： 60 cases of lung cancer were divided into controlled group and experimental group,30 patients in each group. The Chinese medicine nursing intervention was combined with ZHANG Zhimin＇s chief physician for many years in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue and achieved a better therapeutic effect. The nursing effect was observed. Results： The controlled group＇s rate was 53. 33%,and the experient group＇s efficiency was 86. 67%,P = 0. 01〈0. 05. Conclusion：Chinese medicine nursing intervention for lung cancer due to fatigue has achieved better clinical efficacy.
