矿用防冲折纹筒屈曲吸能特性影响研究 被引量:9

摘要 为提高防冲液压立柱抗冲击性能,设计折纹筒吸能构件并应用于立柱支护结构中。采用数值模拟与实验研究相结合的方法,研究防冲折纹筒结构屈曲吸能特性。模拟结果表明,折纹筒在压缩变形过程中能够按照预折纹的引导来进行屈曲变形,变形效果理想且对称稳定;对折纹筒结构进行准静态压缩实验,获取不同实验条件下构件压缩形态,得到各个试件力-位移-能量曲线。分析实验结果发现:选用Q760钢材以冷压处理加工,进行压缩实验时试件有局部开裂现象且达不到预期吸能值;采用HG70D钢材并以热压与热处理加工,试件未发生任何钢板开裂,说明材质与加工工艺改善了折纹筒钢板均质性,并消除了内部残余应力,提高了构件稳定性。 In order to improve the impact resistance performance of an anti-impact hydraulic column,a folding barrel energy absorbing component was designed and applied in the column's supporting structure.A method combining numerical simulation and tests was used to study buckling energy absorbing characteristics of a folding barrel.Simulation results showed that the folding barrel in its compression deformation process can produce buckling deformation according to the guide of the pre-buckling,the deformation effect is ideal,symmetrical and stable.The quasi-static compression tests were done for folding barrels to get their compression shapes under different test conditions,the force-displacement-energy curve of each specimen was obtained.Test results showed that if Q760 steel is cold pressed processed,when the compression test was done for the specimen made with it,the specimen has a local cracking phenomenon and can't reach the expected energy absorption value; if HG70D steel is processed with hot pressing and heat treatment,when the compression test was done for the specimen made with it,there is no cracking in any steel plate of the specimen,so the material and machining processing techniques ameliorate folding barrels' steel plate homogeneity,and eliminate internal residual stresses,and improve their stability.
