人乳头瘤病毒的诊断研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的持续存在及其与宿主细胞的整合将导致宫颈细胞异常病变,最终可发展为宫颈癌。如能早期诊断并及时处理,将减少宫颈癌的发生率。目前,HPV诊断技术发展非常迅速,对HPV诊断做一简要回顾,并重点介绍新出现的HPV-DNA分子生物学诊断方法及其在宫颈癌筛查和癌前预报等方面的应用。
