摘要
提出一种基于空间句法的城镇土地定级因素道路通达度作用分的计算方法。利用空间句法构建拓扑网络,将标准化后的整合度指标作为对应路段通达度作用指数,根据作用指数分布的频率直方图划定路段等级,确定不同级别道路的作用半径,进而计算得到各评价单元的道路通达度作用分。结果表明,与城镇土地定级中采用的计算方法相比,该方法避免了繁杂的数据采集工作,同时能实现对道路的通达性特征更准确的定量描述,可区分同一条道路不同路段的差异,突出道路交叉点与路段中部的区别,强调城市中心与边缘通达性的不同,其结果更符合人们对于通达性的普遍认知。因此,基于空间句法的道路通达度作用分计算可实现对城镇土地定级工作过程的改进和优化。
Land grading is a basis work for the assessment of land price and the planning of cities and towns.As an important indicator in land grading,the accurate measurement of road accessibility is truly significant.Although the existing methods for calculating the function of road accessibility are widely used,they are prone to be influenced by the subjective understanding of graders.Additionally,the difference of accessibility in different parts of a road is ignored using those methods.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to improve the algorithm of the function of road accessibility based on space syntax in the process of urban land classification.Space syntax is used to construct the topological network,and the standardized integration value is taken as the function index of road accessibility of the road segments.The road grade is defined according to the frequency histogram of this function index,and then the function radius of different grades of roads are defined to calculate the function score of road accessibility.The results indicated:compared to traditional approaches,this algorithm can avoid the complicated data acquisition work,and achieve more accurate quantitative description of the road,and take into account the differences between different sections of the road as well as the difference between the center and the edge of city.It is concluded that using the integration value of space syntax is an effective method for estimating the road accessibility.
