摘要
目的探讨尿道下裂患儿经手术治疗后,最佳的护理方法。方法选取我院2016年10月~2017年9月收治的76例尿道下裂患儿作为研究对象,按患儿入院时间的不同分为常规组(37例)和综合组(39)例,常规组采取传统的护理方法,综合组进行综合护理干预。比较两组的排便情况、疼痛感受、并发症发生率和住院时间。结果综合组排便情况优于常规组,综合组疼痛评分低于常规组。综合组尿瘘、尿道狭窄和尿道窒息的发生率低于常规组,综合组住院时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预有效提高了尿道小裂术后患儿的康复效果,效果显著。
Objective To explore the best nursing method for children with urethral hypospadias after operation.Methods A total of 76 Children with hypospadias treated in our hospital were selected as subjects from October 2016 to September 2017.According to time of admission,they were divided into routine group（37 cases） and comprehensive group（39 cases）.The routine group was adopted traditional nursing method,and comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the comprehensive group.Defecation,pain,complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The defecation in the comprehensive group was better than that in the routine group（P〈0.05）,and the pain score in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）.The incidence of urinary fistula,urethral stricture and urethral asphyxia in the combined group was lower than that in the routine group（P〈0.05）.The duration of hospitalization in the comprehensive group was shorter than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of children after urethral hypospadias,and the effect is remarkable.
