摘要
采油三厂现有水淹井835口,在用705口,日影响产量1 268 t。主要分布在W33、P21、W2、Y2等三叠系见水油藏,油井产能损失严重。2012年以来共实施油井堵水103井次,措施有效率68.9%,单井日增油0.76 t,含水下降幅度有限。针对近年来油井化学堵水措施有效率低,水淹井治理手段有限的难题,首次提出利用油井暂堵剂治理孔隙性水淹井并在W33、P21等区块成功开展矿场实验,拓宽了油井堵水的工艺思路,对后期油井堵水技术的进步和发展提供了理论基础和现场实践经验,为进一步延长本厂主力油藏中含水开发期提供了可靠的技术保障。
There are 835 flooding wells in the three oil production plants, and the yield is1 268 t at 705 and day. Mainly distributed in W33, P21, W2, Y2 and other triassic water reservoir, oil well production loss is serious. Since 2012, a total of 103 wells have been implemented in the well, and the measures have a rate of 68.9 %. The daily increase of 0.76 t,the decrease of water content is limited.Aiming at low efficiency and low efficiency of flooding wells in recent years, the paper has further explored water shutoff technology. It has been proposed for the first time to use the oil temporary plugging agent to control porosity flooding wells and W33, P21 and other blocks to successfully carry out mine test, broaden the oil well water shutting process ideas.The late oil well water shutoff technology development and development of the theoretical basis and field practice experience, in order to further extend the main reservoir,the water development period provides reliable technical support.
