高速公路子项目对项目群管理绩效的影响 被引量:3

Influence of expressway's subprojects on programme management performance

摘要 为了提高高速公路项目群管理绩效,加强对子项目的均衡管理,通过综合分析我国高速公路项目群的特征以及项目群管理模式下子项目与项目群的关系,从子项目内部特征、子项目参与者和子项目环境三个方面,对现有的项目管理绩效影响因素进行了对比分析,提出了18个影响项目群管理绩效的因素。运用主成分分析法确定了各影响因素权重,并对各权重进行了分析。分析结果表明,子项目的参与者对项目群的管理绩效高低有显著的影响;子项目内部特征和子项目环境影响能力相当;在影响因素中,业主的协调能力、地方协调与支持以及自然环境对项目群管理绩效的影响最为显著。 In order to improve the performance of expressway programme management,to strengthen the balanced management of subprojects,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the expressway programme in China and the link between the subprojects and the programme.Considering the internal characteristics of subprojects,subproject participants and subproject environment,the existing influencing factors of project management performance are compared and analyzed,and 18 factors that affect the performance of project management are proposed.Principal component analysis is used to determine the weight of each influencing factor,and the weights are analyzed.It is concluded that the participants of the subproject have a significant impact on the management performance of the programme.The impact of internal characteristics of the subproject and the subproject environment are similar.Among the influencing factors,the coordination among proprietor,local coordination and support,and the natural environment have the most significant impact on the performance of programme management.
