摘要
消费者的信息体验需求日益提高,对供应链信息溯源提出了高要求。消费者参与供应链经营管理的体验维度多样,其体验需求也呈现多样化的特点。从消费者的体验需求角度分析供应链信息溯源,按照信息识别与分类、信息梳理、信息模式化、信息呈现及信息反馈等构建供应链信息溯源系统,挖掘供应链信息资源,开发信息体验功能,构建便捷、高效的供应链信息溯源系统,从而满足消费体验需求,促进供应链管理水平的提升。
The demand of consumers’ information experience increases quickly,which brings the high requirements for information traceability of supply chain. Consumers pursue multiple dimensions of consumption experience in participating in the management of supply chain,and their demand of experience also presents characteristics of diversification. This paper analyzes information traceability of supply chain from the perspective of consumers’ experience demands. The information traceability system of supply chain is constructed from the aspects of information identification and classification,information sorting,information modeling,information presentation and information feedback. The aim is to mine the information resources of supply chain,develop the functions of information experience,construct convenient and efficient system that may meet the demands of the consumers’ experience and promote the management level of supply chain.
