摘要 福建华电储运码头10#、11#泊位一期后方陆域工程斗轮机基础为软基地段,淤泥厚度约29~40m(包括挤淤隆高5~9m),经多方考察和设计单位论证,决定斗轮机基础采用爆破排淤填石处理软基施工。按施工组织设计安排,先进行典型试验段的施工、总结相关原始数据为后面施工提供指导依据。经专业部门钻探检测,填石底面高程满足设计要求。典型试验段的顺利完成,为后续施工奠定了坚实基础。 The foundation of the bucket wheel machine in the rear land area project of Fujian Huadian Storage and Transportation Wharf,10#Li 11# berth is a soft base section,and the silt thickness is about 29 -40 m( including the silt uplift height of 5 - 9 meters),which has been inspected by many parties and demonstrated by the design unit. It is decided that the foundation of bucket wheel machine shall be constructed by blasting and silting and filling stone for treatment of soft foundation. According to the arrangement of construction organization,the construction of typical test section will be carried out first,and the relevant original data will be summarized to provide the guidance basis for the later construction. Drilling inspection was carried out by Professional department,the height of the rock-filling bottom meets the design requirements and the successful completion of the typical test section lays a solid foundation for the subsequent construction.
