摘要
目的探讨综合性护理干预对重型颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法选取德阳市人民医院2016年2月—2017年1月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者50例,采用随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,每组25例。参照组患者予以常规护理干预,试验组患者予以综合性护理干预。比较两组患者的预后情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果试验组患者预后良好率、护理满意度评分高于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果明显,可有效改善患者预后,促进疾病恢复,提高护理满意度。
Objective To study the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on prognosis of severe craniocerebral injury patients.Methods A total of 50 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients were selected from February 2016 to January 2017 in People＇ s Hospital of Deyang City, which were divided into reference group and experimental group according to random number table, 25 eases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention.The prognosis, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group of prognosis good rate and nursing satisfaction scores were higher than reference group, the incidence rate of complications was lower than reference group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has an exactly clinical effect on severe craniocerebral injury patients, it can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, promote disease recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
