摘要
本文结合国家知识产权局的统计信息和笔者的专利检索结果,对进入中国国家阶段要求获得实用新型专利保护的PCT国际专利申请(以下简称中国PCT新型)进行数据分析,统计整理了全部中国实用新型专利的申请量、授权量,中国PCT新型的进入量、授权量的年度数据,统计整理申请人信息,筛选出重要技术创新主体及其国家,统计整理中国PCT新型的分类号,分析技术领域的分布状态。本文将专利分析的结果以图表形式呈现,供广大专利申请人和发明人参考。
This paper combines the statistic data from the SIPO official website and the author＇s patent searching, sums up the data of the utility model PCT international applications entering the national phase（hereinafter referred to as Chinese PCT utility）, such as the yearly amounts of patent application and granted of the whole Chinese utility model and Chinese PCT utility. This paper analyses the information of patent applicants to get the main bodies of the technological innovation, analyses the information of IPC to get the distribution status of the technical fields. The patent analyses results are displayed in tables and figures for the references of patent applicants and inventors.
