振幅整合脑电图在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤诊断中的应用价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨振幅整合脑电图在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2013年7月-2017年10月在本院出生的确诊为新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤的患儿43例作为病例组,选择同时间段内出生的正常新生儿43例作为对照组。比较两组新生儿的振幅整合脑电图结果。结果:病例组振幅整合脑电图的背景活动情况、连续性评估结果、睡眠-觉醒周期评估结果、癫痫样活动程度评估结果的异常程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z=5.230、5.249、5.341、8.216,P<0.05)。结论:振幅整合脑电图对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤有一定的辅助诊断意义,尽管尚无法作为确诊指标使用,但是值得在临床工作中推广。 Objective:To investigate the value of amplitude-integrated EEGs in the diagnosis of Hypoxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD)in the newborn.Method:A total of 43 newborns with HIBD in our hospital from July 2013 to October 2017 were selected as the research group and 43 normal newborns born in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The results of amplitude-integrated EEGs were compared between the two groups.Result:The background activity in amplitude-integrated EEGs,results of continuous assessment,sleep wake cycle assessment results,the abnormal degree of evaluation results of epileptic form activity level in the research group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(Z=5.230,5.249,5.341,8.216;P〈0.05).Conclusion:The amplitude-integrated EEGsis significantly useful auxiliary diagnosis to HIBD in the newborn,though is not yet used as a diagnostic index,it is worthy of using in clinical work.
