摘要
中链脂肪酸甘油酯目前作为食品添加剂广泛应用于食品加工中。研究发现,中链脂肪酸甘油酯不仅对动物具有特殊的营养作用,同时具有抗菌、抗病毒作用。在动物生产中使用中链脂肪酸甘油酯,可防治动物疫病、改善生产性能、延长畜产品保存期。作者认为,随着研究的深入,中链脂肪酸甘油酯将广泛应用于畜牧业生产中。
Medium-chain triglyceride（ MCT） is generally used in food processing as an additive. Research shows that MCT is not only of special nutritional function on the animal products,but is also antibacterial and anti-viral. MCT in animal production prevents animal products from diseases,improves production performance of the animals,and extends the shelf life of animal products. The author believes that MCT will be widely used in animal husbandry production as research goes further on.
