夜间延时补光调控对番茄幼苗生长及根系构型的影响 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]番茄作为喜光作物,为了满足其在弱光逆境中苗期对光照的需求,引用了LED植物补光灯,优化夜间补光方式,在节能的前提下提高番茄幼苗生长。[方法]以"时研"番茄为试材,探讨了在雾霾条件下应用LED植物补光灯非连续光照8 h(07:00—11:00、19:00—23:00)早晚延长补光方式,即在自然光照条件下,打破黑暗3~4 h较普通光照的生产方式对冬季温室栽培番茄幼苗生长及根系构型的影响。[结果]非连续性早晚延长补光时长打破黑暗的补光方式较普通日光的生产方式,叶面积提高39.33%,叶面积增长速率加快,干物质积累增加102%,干物质积累速率提高,光合能力增强,壮苗指数及根系结构明显增加,根系活力提高约91.67%。[结论]非连续性早晚延长补光时长打破黑暗的补光方式较普通日光的生产方式,提高了幼苗品质,并且能耗较低,节约能源,效果显著。 [Objective] Tomato as a hi-light crop,in order to meet its demand for light in seedling stage under low light stress,LED plant light supplement was used to optimize nighttime fill light,and the growth of tomato seedlings was improved under the premise of energy saving. [Method] With"Yueyan"tomato as the test material,the application of LED plant light in discontinuous light for 8 h(07:00-11:00,19:00-23:00) was prolonged.The light-filling mode,that is,under the natural light conditions,the effect of darker 3-4 h darker than normal light on the growth and root architecture of tomato seedlings cultivated in greenhouse in winter.The results showed that. [Results] Non-continuity prolonged supplemental light duration Prolonged light supplement time Darker light-filling mode Compared to normal daylight production mode,leaf area increased by 39.33%,leaf area increased at a faster rate,dry matter accumulation increased by 102%,dry matter accumulation rate Increased photosynthetic capacity,strong seedling index,and root structure increased significantly,and root activity increased by approximately91.67%.[Conclusion] The non-continuity prolonging the supplemental light time lengthens the dark lightfilling mode more than the normal daylight production mode,so that the seedling quality is improved,and the energy consumption is low,energy is saved,and the effect is significant.
