摘要
近年来,由于种种原因,许多城市的河网水系均遭受了不同程度的污染,严重影响了周边居民的日常生活及城市的整体形象。为此,国家层面和上海市高度重视,针对黑臭水体治理下发了一系列文件。从当前问题切入,通过对潜在原因的剖析和解决对策的探索,尝试对现行排水规范规程中的有关规定,以及实际中的执行操作等进行粗浅的探讨。
In recent years, the river systems of many are all inordinately polluted because of many reasons,and seriously influence the routine life of the surrounding residents and the overall image of city. Therefore,the national level and Shanghai attach the great importance to it. Aiming at the treatment of black-odor water body, a series of documents are issued. Starting with the current problems and according to the analysis of the potential reasons and the exploration of solving countermeasures, the article attempts to discuss the relative specifications in the current drainage standards and regulations, and the execution and operation in the practices.
