摘要
临床药师参与1例再生障碍性贫血并行造血干细胞移植术患儿肺部曲霉感染的治疗。通过考察抗曲霉菌药物治疗方案疗效,参考国内外曲霉菌诊疗指南、指南推荐意见的证据文献,综合曲霉菌耐药性和药物的特点,找出补救治疗的方案。患者病情得以有效控制,好转出院。
Clinical pharmacist involved in the treatment of one case of pulmonary invasive aspergillosis in a child with aplastic anemia. After evaluating the therapeutic efficacy of anti-aspergillus agents,consulting the guidelines,evidences and reviews at home and abroad and combining with the drug resistance of aspergillus and the properties of drugs,clinical pharmacist performed the remedial treatment for the child. After the symptoms obtained promising control,the child discharged from hospital.
