拟动物化情景剧视频对四肢骨折患儿心理状况的影响 被引量:17

Impact of animal anthropomorphic scene play video on psychological status of children with fracture

摘要 [目的]探讨观看拟动物化情景剧视频对四肢骨折患儿心理的影响。[方法]158例四肢骨折患儿分为对照组(81例)和干预组(77例),对照组给予常规住院医疗护理流程,干预组在常规的基础上给予患儿观看拟动物化情景剧视频,通过认知的改变影响患儿心理状态。两组患儿在干预前与出院前采用儿童应激障碍检查表、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表、儿童焦虑情绪障碍筛查量表及骨折知识问卷进行评估,并进行统计学比较、分析。[结果]两组之间儿童经历创伤后应激障碍急性反应存在差异(P<0.05);患儿骨折知识得分无差异,但干预后有所提高;患儿抑郁、焦虑情绪无差异,但干预后得分有降低。[结论]拟动物化情景剧视频的健康宣教方式对骨折患儿应激障碍急性反应、抑郁及焦虑情绪有缓解作用,患儿能够通过掌握更多的骨折相关知识来更好的应对骨折这一急性创伤事件。 [Objective] To explore the impact of animal anthropomorphic scene play video on psychological status of children with limb fractures. [Methods] One hundred and fifty eight children with limb fractures were divided into two groups, the control group(n=81) and the intervention group(n=77). The control group was received the conventional medical and nursing care process while the intervention group were treated with animal anthropomorphic scene play video except the conventional treatment. All the children in the two groups were required to complete Child Stress Disorders Checklist, the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders, Depression Self-rating Scale for Children, and Fracture Knowledge Questionnaire before the intervention and at discharge. [Results] The immediate response score has statistical difference between control group and intervention group(P〈0.05). There is no statistical difference between the two groups in knowledge of fracture. However, the intervention group gets the higher score. The depression and anxiety score has no statistical difference between control group and intervention group(P〉0.05), but intervention group get the lower score than control group. [Conclusion] The animal anthropomorphic scene play video can relieve the immediate response, depression and anxiety of children with fracture. Children would cope with this kind of accidental affairs well by learning more fracture-related knowledge.
