摘要
烟气流速偏高是管子发生磨损最关键的因素之一,应用Fluent软件对四种布置型式的省煤器烟气流速进行模拟,并将模拟结果与按传统计算标准得出的烟气速度进行对比。结果表明,光管顺列、光管错列、H型肋片顺列布置的省煤器,其模拟平均烟速与计算烟速一致;螺旋肋片管错列布置的省煤器模拟平均烟速高于计算烟速;除光管顺列布置的省煤器外,其余三种型式的最大模拟烟速远高于计算烟速,尤其是螺旋肋片管错列布置的省煤器,其最大烟速约为计算烟速的2倍。计算值与模拟值的偏差,应予考虑,这对解决磨损问题有重要意义。
Uses the Fluent software to simulate the flue gas velocity in the tube of the four type economizers,and compares the simulation results with the flue gas velocity calculated by the traditional calculation standard. Results show that,the simulated average flue gas velocity is consistent with the calculated flue gas velocity for smooth tubes in-line arrangement,smooth tubes in staggered arrangement,and H-type fin-tubes in-line arrangement,but the simulated average flue gas velocity is higher than calculated for spiral fin-tubes in staggered arrangement. In addition,except smooth tubes in-line arrangement,the simulated maximum flue gas velocity is far higher than calculated for the other three forms of arrangement,especially for spiral fin-tubes in staggered arrangement,the simulated maximum flue gas velocity is two times of calculated. It is necessary to consider the deviation between the two values of calculation and simulation when design fin-tubes economizer,it's important to solve the problem of wear prevention.
