玻璃离子与复合树脂充填磨牙楔状缺损效果的优劣差异对比 被引量:6

Analysis of the effect of glass ion and composite resin on the wedge-shaped defect of molar teeth

摘要 目的对比评价玻璃离子与复合树脂充填磨牙楔状缺损的疗效差异,为临床治疗方法的选择提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2015年4月~2016年10月于我院口腔科治疗的楔状缺损患者79例(患牙247颗),按照不同填充物治疗分为观察组和对照组。观察组132颗患牙采用玻璃离子填充治疗,对照组115颗患牙采用复合树脂填充治疗。随访1年后对比两组患牙临床治疗效果、敏感牙发生率以及牙周检查结果差异。结果观察组成功率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复术后1周及6个月,观察组敏感牙发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复术后1年,两组敏感牙发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者修复术前牙周临床检查结果间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。修复术后6个月,观察组患者探诊深度显著高于术前,对照组菌斑指数及探诊深度均显著高于术前,且观察组菌斑指数及探诊深度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复术后12个月,观察组菌斑指数及探诊深度显著高于术前,对照组菌斑指数、探诊深度及龈沟出血指数显著高于术前,且观察组菌斑指数、探诊深度及龈沟出血指数显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玻璃离子修复牙齿楔状缺损疗效优于复合树脂,临床疗效更佳,填充体对牙周组织的影响更小,是理想的楔状缺损修复材料。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of glass ionomer cement and composite resin in the treatment of wedge-shaped defects of molars and provide reference for the selection of clinical treatment methods. Methods A total of 79 wedge-shaped defect patients were selected from April 2011 to October 2015 and classified to the observation group(132 teeth) and the control group(115 teeth) according to treatment methods.The observation group was treated with glass ionomer cement and the control group was treated with composite resin.After 1 years,the clinical effects,the incidence of sensitive teeth and the periodontal examination results were observed and recorded. Results The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).After 1 week and 6 months,the incidence of sensitive teeth in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);after 1 year,the difference in the incidence of sensitive teeth between the two groups was not significantly(P〉0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in the preoperative periodontal clinical examination results(P〉0.05).After 6 months, the probing depth was increased significantly in the observe group(P〈0.05),the plaque index, probing depth were increased significantly in the control group,and the plaque index, probing depth were significantly lower in the observe group(P〈0.05).After 1 year,the plaque index and the probing depth was increased significantly in the observe group,the plaque index,probing depth and sulcus bleeding index were increased significantly in the control group,the plaque index,probing depth and sulcus bleeding index were significantly lower in the observe group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The long-term effect of glass ionomer in repairing wedge-shaped defect of teeth is better than that of composite resin, and the clinical effect is better,obturator has less influence on periodontal tissue,and it is an ideal wedge-shaped defect repair material.
