摘要
锅炉最危险的失效模式是爆炸,基于事故能量转移理论,分析了锅炉爆炸机理。以BELEVE为模型,采用TNT当量法计算立式锅炉爆炸的能量,分析锅炉爆炸冲击波的损伤并计算锅炉爆炸损伤半径,就事故能量转移理论的应用提出建议。
The most dangerous failure mode for boiler is explosion. Based on the energy transfer theory, boiler explosion mechanism is analyzed. Based on the BELEVE model of boiler, with TNT equivalent weight method to calculate the energy of vertical boiler explosion, destructive and injury effect of the blast wave of boiler explosion is analyzed, damage radius is calculated, the application of the energy transfer theory is proposed.
