摘要
"药源性证候"是中医临床面临的新生学术问题,其发生源于药物不良反应引起的机体微环境变化,进而对原证候所产生的影响,属于药物在治疗确定病证时导致的继发新病证。结合对临床常见"药源性证候"的分析,认为应广泛深入开展"药源性证候"的临床流行病学调查研究,研发"药源性证候"规范化与标准化动物模型,进而探究其发生的物质基础,以助于提高中西医结合治疗模式的整体疗效。
Drug-induced syndrome is a new academic problem in the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.It origins from the change of body microenvironment caused by drug adverse reactions,and affects the original syndrome.It belongs to the secondary new disease caused by drug in the treatment of certain disease.Combined with the clinical common drug-induced syndromes,it is considered that the clinical epidemiological investigation of drug-induced syndromes should be carried out extensively,and the standardized animal model of drug-induced syndromes should be developed and the material basis of its occurrence should be explored,which could help to improve the overall efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
