光纤布拉格光栅写制技术研究

Research on Manufacturing Technology of Fiber Bragg Grating

摘要 光纤光栅广泛应用于光纤传感和光纤通信领域,不同的应用场合对光纤光栅的特征参量提出了不同的要求。本文通过调节光纤光栅相位掩模法制作参数,测定不同参数对光纤光栅光谱特性的影响规律并分析其原因,进而通过写制参数控制光纤光栅的光谱形状,对制作确定光谱参数的光纤光栅具有指导意义。 Fiber Bragg Gratings are widely used in optical fiber sensing and optical fiber communication. Different applications require different characteristics of fiber Bragg gratings. In this paper, the influence of manufacturing parameters on the characteristics of fiber Bragg grating is measured and analyzed through manufacturing experiments based on adjusting the manufacturing parameters. Thus, the spectra of fiber Bragg gratings can be controlled by adjusting the manufacturing parameters, which has a considerable reference for manufacture of fiber Bragg grating.
