摘要
通过金相分析、拉伸等测试方法研究了不同均匀化退火冷却方式对挤压型材粗晶和力学性能的影响,结果表明6005A铝合金经570℃保温7 h、先空冷至300℃,然后水冷的均匀化退火制度处理后,6005A铝合金挤压型材的力学性能及粗晶大小最佳。
The influence of cooling rate in homogenization annealing on the coarse grain and mechanical performance of 6005 A extruded profiles was studied by the methods of metallographic analysis and tension test. The results showed that the mechanical properties and coarse grain size of 6005 A aluminum alloy extruded profiles are the best when the homogenization annealing system is 570 ℃ for 7 h,first air cooling to300 ℃,then water cooling.
