摘要
文章建立了抗侧倾动力学模型,利用Matlab编程分析不同杆径稳定杆对整车侧倾性能的影响,为整车底盘调校稳定杆的杆径提供理论基础。此外,搭建稳定杆疲劳耐久试验台架,试验进行到稳定杆失效为止,试验结果验证了上述疲劳分析方法的有效性与正确性,并对失效件进行了断口、金相等分析,为稳定杆在整车开发过程中的操稳性能调校、疲劳寿命评估、台架试验以及断口分析建立了基础。
In this paper, the anti -roll performance vehicle dynamics model is established to analyze the stability performance with different diameter bar and torsion stiffness by MATLAB. It provides theoretical basis for vehicle stability performance tuning. Then, the stabilizer bar fatigue durability test bench is set up, and the test is carried out until the stabilizer bar fails. The test results verify the validity and correctness of the analysis method, and the fracture parts and the gold equivalent analysis are performed on the failure part. It provides a foundation for vehicle stability performance tuning, durability evaluation, and rig test and fracture analysis.
