摘要
雄安新区在规划建设中坚持创新、协调、开放、共享、绿色和可持续发展的原则,以人为本,发展绿色建筑,特别是安置区项目把节约资源和生态环境放在突出位置。装配式建筑具有绿色环保、安全稳定、施工进度快、受气候条件制约小、节约劳动力、产品质量优等优点,因此在新区建设过程中得到越来越多的重视和应用。详细介绍了装配式钢结构集成建筑体系优化措施,包括结构体系改进优化、楼板体系改进优化、围护体系改进优化及设备管线、内装系统解决方案。
The planning and construction of Xiongan New Area adheres to innovation,coordination,opening,sharing,green,and sustainable development,human-oriented development of green building,especially housing area project to save resources and ecological environment in the prominent place.Prefabricated buildings have the advantages of green environmental protection,security and stability,fast construction progress,small controlled by climatic conditions,labor saving,excellent product quality,so more and more attention and application are got in Xiongan New Area construction. This paper introduces the optimization measures of prefabricated steel structure integrated building system,including optimization of structure system,floor system and enclosure protection system,solution of equipment pipeline and inner decoration system.
