摘要
深化西部内陆地区开放发展的进程,促进资源的优化配置和区域协调发展是"一带一路"倡议实施的基本宗旨之一。借助国际化开放发展的战略平台,推进区域企业"走出去"发展,是当前区域发展融入国家战略的重要任务,也是充分利用好国际国内两个市场、获得两种资源,促进欠发达省区持续健康发展的具体抓手。本文以青海省为例,通过问卷调查及重点出口企业访谈的形式,系统分析了青海省内企业参与"一带一路"建设"走出去"所处的阶段、基本诉求及困境,并从政府、社会、企业三个层面,系统探讨了促进企业"走出去"发展的策略。
Deepening the open development process of western inland regions, promote optimization and configuration of resources and regional coordinated development is one of the basic purpose to implement the One Belt And One Road strategy. It＇s an important task of integrating regional development into the national strategy to promote regional enterprises to go out with the help of strategic platform of international open development at the moment, it＇s also a concrete hand to promote the sustainable and healthy development of under developed provinces by making full use of the international and domestic markets to obtain two resources. This paper taking Qinghai province as an example, through questionnaire survey and key export enterprises in the form of interview, systematic analysis the stage and basic demands and predicament of going out of the enterprises in Qinghai province to participate in the One Belt And One Road construction, and from three aspects of government, society, enterprise, discussed the promotion of enterprises going out development strategy.
