摘要
了解闪光刺激对稳态视觉诱发电位(SSVEP)影响变化规律,建立视觉通路计算模型。将视觉通路功能相同或者相似的神经元等效为一个神经元群,结合视觉传输知识,将10类神经元群耦合连接成视觉通路计算模型,仿真研究同频率不同类型和不同频率同类型的闪光刺激对SSVEP影响的初步变化规律,最后通过实验验证模型。同频率不同类型的闪光刺激下SSVEP的波形相似;不同频率同类型的闪光刺激下SSVEP的归一化幅值曲线先上升后下降,12 Hz达到最大,整体呈倒U形状;其频谱能量主要集中在基波,其次在一次和二次谐波。建立的视觉通路模型可靠及结论有效,为研究闪光刺激下SSVEP变化规律提供了有意义的理论模型和实验依据。
Objective: To investigate the effect of flash stimulation on SSVEP,a visual pathway model is established. Methods:The neurons with the same or similar visual pathway function are equivalent to one neuron group. Based on the visual transmission,a visual pathway model is established. The effects of different types of flash stimuli on the SSVEP were studied by the model simulation. Finally,the model is verified by experiment. Results: The waveforms of SSVEP under different types of flash stimuli are similar. The normalized amplitude curve of SSVEP under the same type and different frequencies of flash stimulus is the first increase and then decrease,which reaches the maximum at 12 Hz. The overall waveform is inverted U shape. The spectral energy mainly exists in the fundamental,followed by the first and second harmonics. Conclusion: The established visual pathway model is reliable and effective,which provides a meaningful theoretical model and basis for studying the variation of SSVEP under flash stimulation.
