摘要
为了明确云南野生茄资源的遗传背景,对其进行分类鉴定,本研究利用9个形态性状和8对SSR引物对从云南省搜集的43份野生茄资源进行遗传多样性分析。6个数量性状的变异系数在14.89%~95.64%之间,变异系数最大的性状是单果重,最小的是果实横径,遗传多样性指数在1.638~1.993之间。3个质量性状中,果实颜色主要为绿色和绿紫色,果实形状主要为圆球形和卵圆形,而果肉颜色主要是白色和绿白色。特征值大于1的主成分共有3个,累计贡献率为69.453%,其中果实特征占主要成分。8对SSR引物的平均有效等位基因数为1.7276,Shannon’s信息指数为0.641 1,多样性指数为0.385 0。非加权算术平均法(UPGMA)聚类分析表明,在相似系数0.48处,43份野生茄资源划分为2大类群,第一类群包括7份野茄材料,其余36份为第二类群。以上结果可为野生茄资源的进一步研究和利用提供理论依据。
To clarify the genetic background and classification of wild eggplant resources, an analyses of the genetic diversity of 43 accessions of wild eggplants from Yunnan were carried out with 9 morphological characters and 8 SSR markers. The coefficient of variation of six quantitative characters of wild eggplants was 14.89%-95.64%. The maximum coefficient of variation was the weight of single fruit, and the minimum was fruit diameter. The index of genetic diversity was 1.638-1.993. Three qualitative characters of wild eggplants were detected. The fruit color was mainly green and green/purple, the fruit shape was ovoid and spherical shape, and the flesh color was white and green/white. There were three components whose eigen values were more than 1, and the cumulative percentage was 69.453%. The fruit characteristics accounted for the major component. An average of effective number of alleles was 1.7276, Shannon's information index was 0.6411 and PIC(polymorphism information content) was 0.3850. 43 wild eggplants were divided into two groups by 8 SSR markers. There were 7 wild eggplants in the first group and 36 resources in the second. The results were useful to innovate and utilize wild eggplant resources.
