摘要
基于水果采摘的现状,针对国内水果的生产环境,设计一种基于人工辅助的简易水果辅助采摘机。分析水果辅助采摘机及其各部分结构和功能。提出并进行多段可调节操作杆的设计。提出并进行基于重力原理的嵌套铁环传送收集袋的设计。水果辅助采摘机集水果采摘、收集和运送于一体,适用于苹果、梨和柿子等多种水果的采摘。实验证明水果辅助采摘机结构简单,操作灵活,效率高,收获质量好,可以明显减低劳动强度,并且成本低,具有较高的经济性和实用性。
Based on the status quo of fruit picking, the design of a simple fruit-assisted picking machine based on artificial aid was pro- posed for the environment of domestic fruit production. The structure and function of the fruit-assisted picking machine and its parts were designed. The design of several adjustable operating levers was proposed and carried out. The design of the nested iron ring transport collection bag based on the gravity principle was proposed and carried out. The fruit-assisted picking machine integrates fruit picking, collection and transportation, and is suitable for picking apples, pears and persimmons. The experiment proved that the fruit-assisted picking machine has the advantages of simple structure, flexible operation, high efficiency, good harvesting quality, can obviously reduce labor intensity, and has low cost and high economical efficiency and practicability.
